MIAMISBURG, Ohio – August 4, 2025 – Performance Automotive Network, a leading group of automotive dealerships, today announced the successful acquisition of Walker Toyota in Miamisburg. Effective immediately, the dealership will be rebranded as South Dayton Toyota, expanding Performance Automotive Network’s presence and commitment to serving the Miami Valley.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for Performance Automotive Network, further solidifying its position as a premier automotive retailer in the region. South Dayton Toyota will continue to offer the full line of new Toyota vehicles, Toyota Used Certified Vehicles, a comprehensive selection of pre-owned cars, as well as a top-tier service and parts department.

The dealership features a 15,000-square-foot showroom and office, 35 service bays and a full-service collision center on a 10-acre lot. It currently employs 85 associates, all of whom will be offered an opportunity to remain. Performance also will be conducting a major facility upgrade to double service capacity and add many new customer and employee amenities.
South Dayton Toyota is located just off Interstate 75 at 8457 N Springboro Pike in Miamisburg. Sales hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and closed Sunday.
